DELIVERY & REFUNDS
SHIPPING / DELIVERY INFORMATION
We aim to deliver our goods to you within 3-5 working days and we generally ship either via RoyalMail (for smaller items) or via ParcelForce 48 for either larger, more fragile or heavier goods.
If you have a delivery deadline please let us know by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try our hardest to meet it. This may incur additional charges that will promptly be communicated to you.

REFUND / RETURN POLICY
We really hope you love the product you bought with us. However, if you're not entirely happy with what you have bought, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 14 days of despatch for a refund. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 020 7613 1482 if you wish to return any goods.
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty goods, we will replace them free of charge. Please contact us for instructions on how to return the goods as in this case we will meet the cost of return postage, though only if this is arranged through our authorised carriers. Once we have the goods back, we will issue a full refund or send replacements, as you prefer.

Perishable products such as food, perfumes and toiletries
Personal products sold with a hygiene seal where that seal has been broken e.g. earrings, swimwear, etc
Personalised products and products made to order
Any product that has been used, returned without original packaging or tags or is returned in an unsaleable condition. Faulty items must be returned in their original packaging.
