Quinta do Freixo's jams and honey are made in an artisanal way, with no preservatives or colourings and using only produce from their family farm. Out of all the jams, the speciality is the Fig jam, made with a very old variety of fig, one of the most traditional fruits from Algarve's region - famous for its sweetness. Quinta do Freixo also produces a range of aromatic herbs and organically certified teas.
