Overview: velvety spice with medium tanins and a very interesting yet peculiar smokiness. Ready to drink now, but will show its virtues throughout the bottle stage.

Food pairing: roasted lamb, “cabidela” rice or suckling pig/ pulled pork.

Temperature:  16°C to 20°C
