RIVIERA - Bread Plate Azur

Side plate in fine stoneware from the Riviera collection. The plate is covered with a crackled glaze in a vibrant blue colour. The reverse side is glazed in matt black.
The Riviera collection has been designed in collaboration with Christian Tortu, a French florist with international renown, who found inspiration in his natural floral designs and flower arrangements and all the elements present in nature, to shape and determine the colour palette of his stoneware collection.
Riviera is a functional collection of high quality stoneware suitable for intensive use. It is being fired by Costa Nova at extremely high temperatures. The durability of the glazed surface is therefore much higher than that of regular stoneware. In combination with the low porosity of the material, you achieve a high thermal shock resistance and optimal hygienic properties. Costa Nova fine stoneware is dishwasher and microwave safe. The production process is semi-traditional and every piece of stoneware is unique.
