We've tried the humus wines last year in Portugal and we didn't rest until we got them on our shelves... that's how amazing we think they are!
Quinta do Paço soil is a mix of clay and limestone, benefiting from the cool Atlantic breeze and high humidity of the area providing the grapes with a high level of natural acidity that makes these bold natural wines. Hand harvested in small boxes and carefully selected, the grapes were crushed and de-stemmed. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast, skin contact and aged for 10 months. Nothing was added to the wine. No filtration, no clarification, and no added sulphites.

The first time Leo visited the deli and realised the little room we have to make our own food, he decided he wanted to do a pop-up with us... yeap Leo is as 'crazy' as we are hence all the love!... ;-)
